Marshmallow Nut Ice Cream Pie

Crust: 7 ozs marshmallow cream 
1 1/2 c low-fat graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c walnuts, chopped 
1/4 c light margarine, softened 1 1/2 c fat-free milk 
3 tbsps granulated sugar 1 c low-fat chocolate ice cream, softened 
Filling: 6 ozs fat-free chocolate pudding mix 
To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 9" pie pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 350 oven for ten minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on rack before filling. Spread marshmallow cream in bottom of crust, using knife dipped in warm water. Sprinkle with walnuts. In a mixing bowl, combine milk, ice cream and pudding mix. Mix well. Pour into crust. Chill three hours, or until set.
