Adapted from Cooking with Carnation Evaporated Milk

3  c  unbleached flour  2  tsps  salt 
1 1/3 c  light brown sugar, packed  21  ozs  apple pie filling 
1  c  whole wheat flour  12  ozs  fat-free evaporated milk 
3/4 c  All Bran Cereal  3  whole  eggs, slightly beaten 
1/2 c  walnuts, chopped  1/2 c  olive oil 
4  tsps  cinnamon  1  tbsp  maple extract 
2  tsps  baking soda  
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare two 8" x 4" loaf pans with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine unbleached flour, brown sugar, wheat flour, cereal, walnuts, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Stir in apple pie filling, evaporated milk, eggs, oil, and maple extract. Mix until moistened. Spoon batter evenly between loaf pans. Bake for one hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
