Preheat oven to 400. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, chicken, onions, crumbs, salt, black pepper, and worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Shape mixture into 42-1 1/4" balls. Place meatballs in a unprepared jelly roll pan. Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned and no pink remains. Cool. Place meatballs in unprepared 13"x9" pan. Freeze, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Place partially frozen meatballs in each of three freezer-safe bags. Label and dates bags. Then, place in freezer for future use.
