Macaroni Salad

Adapted from
8 servings

12 ozs elbow macaroni, cooked and drained  2 ozs pimientos in jar, drained 
3/4 c sweet pickle relish  2 tbsps tomato paste 
1/2 c onions, chopped  1 tbsp yellow mustard 
1/2 c celery, sliced  2 whole hard-boiled eggs, sliced 
1/2 c light mayonnaise  1/2 tsp salt 
In a mixing bowl, combine macaroni, pickle relish, onions, celery, mayonnaise, pimientos, tomato paste, mustard, eggs, and salt. Mix well. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
