Macaroni Cheddar Salad

6 servings

1 c elbow macaroni, cooked 1 c light mayonnaise 
1 c low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded 3 tbsps sweet pickle relish 
1/2 c celery, sliced 1 tbsp white vinegar 
1/2 c bell peppers, chopped 1 tsp dry mustard 
1/2 c onions, chopped  
In a mixing bowl, combine drained macaroni, cheese, celery, bell peppers, onions, mayonnaise, pickle relish, vinegar, mustard, and salt. Mix well. Chill several hours before serving.
