Impossibly Easy Ham N Swiss Pie

8 servings

8 ozs turkey ham, cooked and cubed  1 c fat-free milk 
4 ozs reduced fat Swiss cheese, shredded  2 whole eggs, slightly beaten 
1/2 c onions, chopped  1/2 tsp salt 
1/2 c low-fat baking mix  1/8 tsp black pepper 
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 9" pie pan with cooking spray. Arrange ham, cheese, and onions into pan; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine baking mix, milk, eggs, salt, and black pepper. Pour on top of ingredients in pan. Bake for 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
