Impossibly Easy Chicken Ranch Pie

9 ozs chicken breast strips, cooked and cubed 1/2 c low-fat baking mix 
6 ozs frozen mixed vegetables, thawed 1 oz ranch salad dressing mix, dry 
3 ozs Monterey Jack cheese, shredded 1 c fat-free milk 
1 tsp salt 2 whole eggs 
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare 9" square pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, mixed vegetables, cheese, and salt. Mix well. Place mixture into prepared pan. In another mixing bowl, combine baking mix, dressing mix, milk, and eggs. Mix well. Pour over chicken mixture in pan. Bake 35 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool five minutes before serving.
