Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

1 lb ground chicken breast skinless 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce 
1/2 c onions, chopped 1 1/2 c fat-free milk 
1/2 c bell peppers, chopped 3/4 c low-fat baking mix 
1/2 tsp salt 1/4 c egg whites, slightly beaten 
1/8 tsp black pepper 1 c low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded 
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a 8" square baking pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large saucepan, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in salt, black pepper, and worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Spread mixture into prepared pan; set aside. Meanwhile, combine milk, baking mix, and egg whites. Mix until smooth. Pour over top meat mixture in pan. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
