Homemade Tartar Sauce

1  cup  light mayonnaise  1  tbsp  sweet pickle relish 
1  tsp  yellow mustard  1  tbsp  bottled lemon juice 
1  tsp  parsley  1/8 tsp  salt 
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, yellow mustard, parsley, pickle relish, lemon juice, and salt. Mix well. Chill several hours before serving.
