3 c Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing  1/4 c fat-free milk 
10 3/4 ozs low-fat cream of mushroom soup  8 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed 
1/2 c water  
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 1-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. Reserve 1/4 cup stuffing. In a mixing bowl, lightly combine 1/3 cup soup, water, and remaining stuffing. Spoon mixture into prepared dish. In another mixing bowl, combine remaining soup, milk, turkey, and reserved stuffing. Mix well. Spoon over stuffing in dish. Bake for 35 minutes, or until heated through.
