Herb Bread Stuffing

Adapted from
10 servings

1/2 tsp olive oil 3/4 tsp sage 
1 1/2 c mushrooms, sliced 3/4 tsp thyme 
1 c onions, chopped 1/2 tsp parsley 
1 stalk celery, chopped 1/4 tsp garlic powder 
1 c low sodium chicken broth 1/4 tsp black pepper 
8 c bread crumbs  
Preheat oven to 325. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions and celery. Cook until all is tender. Add chicken broth, bread crumbs, sage, thyme, parsley, garlic powder, and black pepper. Place entire mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
