Hearty Turkey Noodle Soup

Adapted from
12 servings

4 c turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed 1 tsp salt 
3 qts water 1/4 tsp black pepper 
2 pcs chicken bouillon cubes 3 c carrots, sliced 
1 tsp garlic, minced 2 c celery, sliced 
3/4 tsp thyme 1 c onions, chopped 
1 tsp parsley 12 ozs No Yolks egg noodle substitute, cooked 
In a stock pot, combine turkey, water, bouillon cubes, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer fifteen minutes. Add carrots, celery, and onions. Simmer 45 minutes more, or until vegetables are tender. Add noodles and stir until combined. Serve immediately.
