Hash Brown Egg Bake

32 ozs frozen hash browns, thawed 2 c egg whites, slightly beaten 
10 ozs low-fat bacon, cooked and crumbled 2 c fat-free milk 
1/2 c low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded 1/8 tsp paprika 
1 tsp salt 1/2 c low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded 
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13 "x 9" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine hash browns, bacon crumbs, half cup cheese, and salt. Mix well. Spoon into a prepared pan. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites and milk. Mix until smooth. Pour over hash brown mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Top with the remaining cheese.
