Harvest Pie

8 servings

6 ozs reduced fat graham cracker crust 1/2 c miniature marshmallows 
1 c fat-free milk 1/4 c walnuts, chopped 
3 ozs fat-free vanilla pudding mix 3 tbsps fat-free caramel topping, heated 
2 c Cool Whip Free, thawed  
In a mixing bowl, combine milk and pudding mix. Mix well. Let stand two minutes, or until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust. Chill until firm, or for two hours. Sprinkle with marshmallows and walnuts. Drizzle caramel topping over top. Chill until ready to serve.
