Ham & Swiss Pizza

8 servings

1 lb frozen white bread dough, thawed completely  1/2 tsp pizza seasoning 
3 tbsps water  1/2 tsp salt 
1 c bell peppers, chopped  4 ozs turkey ham, shredded 
1 c onions, chopped  4 ozs reduced fat Swiss cheese, shredded 
2 tbsps yellow mustard  
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 12" pizza pan with cooking spray. Pat dough into prepared pan. Form dough edges into a rim and prick dough with a fork. Bake crust for ten minutes. In small saucepan, boil water. Add bell peppers and onions. Cook until tender. Add mustard, pizza seasoning, and salt. Mix well. Spread mixture over crust. Sprinkle top with ham and cheese. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
