Ham & Macaroni Salad

8 servings

10 ozs frozen peas, thawed  2 ozs pimientos in jar, diced and drained 
8 ozs turkey ham, cooked and cubed  1/2 c light mayonnaise 
4 ozs cheddar cheese, shredded  3 tbsps sweet pickle relish 
3 ozs elbow macaroni, cooked  2 tbsps fat-free milk 
1 stalk celery, sliced  1/8 tsp black pepper 
1/2 c onions, chopped  
In a mixing bowl, combine peas, ham, cheese, cooked macaroni, celery, onions, and pimientos. Mix well and set aside. In a smaller bowl, combine mayonnaise, pickle relish, milk, and black pepper. Pour mixture over ham mixture. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
