Ham & Cheese Casserole

8 ozs No Yolks egg noodle substitute, cooked 10 3/4 ozs low-fat cream of mushroom soup 
8 ozs turkey ham, cooked and cubed 1 c frozen peas, drained 
1 c low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 tsp dry mustard 
In a 2-quart glass casserole dish, combine noodle substitute, ham, cheese, soup, peas, and mustard. Mix well. Cover and microwave on medium-high for 15 minutes.
