Halloween Pie

8 servings

6 ozs fat-free vanilla pudding mix 6 ozs Cool Whip Free, thawed 
16 ozs canned pumpkin 6 ozs reduced fat graham cracker crust 
1 c fat-free milk 3 pcs candy corn 
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice  
In a mixing bowl, combine pudding mix, pumpkin, milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well. Fold in one cup whipped topping. Spoon mixture into crust. Chill two hours. To make "face" cut pieces of wax paper in shape of eyes, nose, and mouth and place on pie filling. Spread remaining whipped topping around the papers; then remove papers. Place candy corn in mouth to resemble teeth.
