Guilt Free Alfredo

1 1/4 c chicken broth 1/8 tsp black pepper 
3 tbsps unbleached flour 1/4 c fat-free plain yogurt 
1 tsp salt 8 ozs linguine, cooked 
1/8 tsp garlic powder 1/4 c parmesan cheese 
In a saucepan, combine broth, flour, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Over medium heat, cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add yogurt. Fold in cooked linguine and parmesan cheese.
