Glazed Meat Loaf

28 ozs vegetarian baked beans, drained and reserve liquid 2 tsps chili powder 
2 lbs ground chicken breast skinless 1 tsp salt 
1/2 c onions, chopped 1/4 tsp black pepper 
1 whole egg, slightly beaten Basting Sauce: 
1 1/2 c bread crumbs reserved liquid from beans 
1/2 c ketchup 1 tbsp ketchup 
1 tbsp parsley  
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9" x 5" loaf pan with cooking spray. Place loaf pan onto a baking sheet; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine beans, chicken, onions, egg, crumbs, half cup ketchup, parsley, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Shape into prepared loaf pan; set aside. To prepare basing sauce, combine reserved bean liquid and remaining ketchup. Mix well. Base meatloaf with 1/3 sauce. Bake loaf for one hour, or until loaf reaches 185 on a meat thermometer. Pour remaining sauce over loaf five minutes before removing from oven.
