Garlic Chicken Caesar Salad

8 servings

Dressing:  1/2 tsp salt 
10 1/2 ozs cream of roasted garlic soup Salad: 
1/2 c chicken broth 2 heads iceberg lettuce, torn into pieces 
1/4 c white vinegar 18 ozs chicken breast strips, cooked 
2 tbsps parmesan cheese 1/2 c croutons 
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsps parmesan cheese 
In a food processor, combine soup, chicken broth, vinegar, two tablespoons parmesan cheese, and worcestershire sauce. Process until smooth and blended. In a mixing bowl, combine lettuce and one cup dressing. Toss to coat well. To serve, top each salad evenly with chicken strips, croutons, and remaining parmesan cheese.
