Frozen Peanut Butter Delight

Crust: 2/3 c peanut butter 
2 c low-fat graham cracker crumbs 8 ozs fat-free cream cheese, softened 
1/4 c light margarine 1 c fat-free milk 
1/4 c granulated sugar 12 ozs Cool Whip Free, thawed 
Filling: 1/4 c salted peanuts, chopped 
2 c powdered sugar  
To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 13" x 9" pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. To prepare filling, combine powdered sugar, peanut butter, and cream cheese. Mix until smooth. Add milk gradually. Fold in whipped topping. Mix well. Spread over crust and sprinkle with peanuts. Freeze for three hours, or until ready to serve.
