2 lbs ground chicken breast skinless 1/2 tsp salt 
1 1/2 c onions, chopped  1/4 tsp black pepper 
2 tsps garlic, minced  12 whole wheat hamburger buns 
12 ozs chili sauce  
In a large saucepan, cook chicken, onions, and garlic until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in chili sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and cook until hot. Place half cup chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each bun.
