Easy Turkey & Rice Casserole

1  c celery, sliced 1 c long-grain white rice , cooked 
1/2 c bell peppers, chopped 10 3/4 ozs low-fat cream of mushroom soup 
8 ozs mushrooms, sliced 4 ozs light mayonnaise 
8 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed  
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 1 3/4-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a large saucepan, cook celery, onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms until tender. Stir in turkey, rice, soup, and mayonnaise, mixing well. Place into prepared dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
