Easy Turkey & Potatoes Au Gratin

16  ozs  frozen hash browns, thawed  1/2 c  fat-free milk 
16  ozs  turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed  1/2 c  bread crumbs 
4  ozs  cheddar cheese, shredded  1 1/4 tsps  salt 
1/2 c  light mayonnaise  1/8 tsp  black pepper 
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 3-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine lightly potatoes, turkey, and cheese; set aside. In a smaller bowl, combine mayonnaise and milk. Mix well. Fold into potato mixture. Spoon mixture into prepared dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top. Bake for 40 minutes, or until heated through.
