Easy Chicken & Pasta

1 lb ground chicken breast skinless, cooked 1/2 c water 
1/2 c onions, chopped 1 c rotini pasta, cooked 
1/2 c bell peppers, chopped 10 ozs frozen mixed vegetables, thawed 
10 3/4 ozs low-fat cream of mushroom soup  
In a skillet over low heat, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in soup, water, pasta, and mixed vegetables. Cover and cook over low heat for five minutes.
