Easy ABC Soup

Adapted from
10 servings

10 ozs frozen mixed vegetables, thawed 6 c chicken broth 
2 stalks celery, sliced 2 c water 
1/2 c onions, chopped  1/2 tsp salt 
1/2 c bell peppers, chopped 1/4 tsp black pepper 
6 ozs chicken breast strips, cooked and cubed 7 ozs alphabet pasta, uncooked 
In a 4-quart saucepan, cook vegetables, celery, onions, and bell peppers until tender. Stir in chicken, broth, water, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and stir in pasta. Simmer 12 minutes, or unto pasta is done.
