Creamy Orange Squares

Crust: 2 c fat-free milk 
1 1/2 c chocolate graham cracker crumbs 3 ozs orange gelatin powder 
1/4 c light margarine, melted 1 c water, boiling 
3 tbsps granulated sugar 11 ozs mandarin oranges, drained 
Filling: 2 c Cool Whip Free, thawed 
3 ozs fat-free vanilla pudding mix  
To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup mixture. Press mixture firmly in a 8 "x 8" glass pie pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. To prepare filling, combine pudding mix and milk in a glass liquid measure; set aside. Dissolve gelatin powder in boiling water. Stir in pudding mixture and oranges. Refrigerate until thickened but not set. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Refrigerate four hours, or until set.
