Creamy Chicken Casserole

6 1/2 ozs chicken breast strips, cooked and cubed 10 3/4 ozs low-fat cream of mushroom soup 
1 1/2 c long-grain white rice, cooked 3/4 c light mayonnaise 
3 whole hard-boiled eggs, chopped 1 c crispy rice cereal 
1/2 c onions, chopped  
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, cooked rice, eggs, and onions. Mix well. Fold in soup and mayonnaise. Mix well. Spread mixture evenly into prepared dish. Sprinkle cereal over top. Bake for 45 minutes.
