Creamy Baked Chocolate Cheesecake

Crust: 16 ozs fat-free cream cheese, softened 
1 1/2 c low-fat graham cracker crumbs 14 ozs chocolate sweetened condensed milk 
1/4 c light margarine, melted 3/4 c egg whites, slightly beaten 
3 tbsps granulated sugar 3 tbsps cornstarch 
Filling:  
To prepare crust, combine crumbs,1/4 cup margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 9" springform pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 375 oven for ten minutes or until edges are brown. Cool on rack before filling. Preheat oven to 300. To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, egg whites, and cornstarch. Mix well. Pour into crust. Bake for 55 minutes, or until set. Cool and chill until ready to serve.
