Creamy Apple Walnut Pie

Crust: 2 tbsps light brown sugar, packed 
1 1/2 c low-fat graham cracker crumbs 1 tsp cinnamon 
1/4 c light margarine, softened 1/2 c fat-free milk 
3 tbsps granulated sugar 1/2 c fat-free half and half 
Filling: 3 ozs fat-free vanilla pudding mix 
21 ozs apple pie filling 8 ozs Cool Whip Free, thawed and divided 
3 tbsps walnuts, chopped  
To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 9" pie pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 350 oven for ten minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on rack before filling. Meanwhile, to prepare filling, combine pie filling, walnuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well. Spread mixture into crust; set aside. In another mixing bowl, combine fat-free milk, half and half, and pudding mix. Mix well. Fold in one and half cups whipped topping. Spoon over apple mixture in crust. Spread remaining whipped topping on top. Chill three hours before serving.
