To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and 3 tablespoons sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly onto bottom of 9 x 13" pan. Spreading crumb mixture evenly in pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 375 oven for 10 minutes or until edges are brown. Cool on rack before filling. To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, remaining sugar, and 2 tablespoons milk. Mix until well blended. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. Pour remaining milk and pudding mix in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth. Pour over cream cheese layer in pan. Chill several hours.
