Cream Cheese Apple Torte

1 lb frozen white bread dough, thawed 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 
8 ozs light cream cheese, softened 21 ozs apple pie filling 
1/4 c granulated sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 
1/4 c egg whites, slightly beaten  
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. Roll out dough to fit into prepared pan. Cover and rise 15 minutes. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, egg whites, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Spread over top dough in pan. Spread pie filling over top cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
