Corn Chili

10 servings

1 lb ground chicken breast skinless 16 ozs canned dark red kidney beans, undrained 
1/2 c onions, chopped 15 ozs frozen corn, thawed 
1 tbsp chili powder 1 c barbecue sauce 
28 ozs stewed tomatoes, undrained and cut up  
In large saucepan, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in chili powder. Mix well. Add tomatoes, beans, corn, and barbecue sauce. Mix well. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
