Cocoa Peppermint Smoothie

Adapted from Mr. Food Simply Chocolate

  • 2 tbsps peppermint candies, finely crushed
  • 2 tbsps granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsps cocoa powder
  • 2 cups fat-free milk
  • 8 ozs low-fat vanilla yogurt
Cocoa Peppermint Smoothie
In a blender, add peppermint candy, sugar, cocoa powder, and one cup milk. Blend well. Add remaining milk and yogurt. Blend until all is smooth. Chill for one hour or until ready to serve.
