Cock A Noodle Casserole

1 1/2 c No Yolks egg noodle substitute, cooked 1/2 c fat-free milk 
1 c canned mixed vegetables, drained 1/2 c fat-free sour cream 
10 3/4 ozs low-fat cream of mushroom soup 6 ozs chicken in water, drained and flaked 
1 c low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded  
In a 2-quart glass casserole dish, combine soup, half cup cheese, milk, and sour cream. Mix well. Stir in cooked noodles, vegetables, and chicken. Mix well. Microwave, covered, on high for ten minutes, or until heated through, stirring once. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Microwave, on high, for two minutes, or until cheese has melted.
