Classic Tuna Sandwich

12  ozs  tuna in water, drained and flaked  2  tbsps  pickle relish 
1  c  celery, sliced  1  tsp  bottled lemon juice 
2  whole  hard-boiled egg whites  20  slices  whole wheat bread 
1/2 c  light mayonnaise  
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, celery, egg whites, mayonnaise, pickle relish, and lemon juice. Mix well. Chill several hours before serving. This recipe makes 10 sandwiches each using 1/4 cup tuna mixture. Bread slices can be toasted, if desired.
