Classic Pineapple Lime Mold

12 servings

20 ozs crushed pineapple, reserve syrup 1 c Cool Whip Free, thawed 
6 ozs lime gelatin powder 1 c miniature marshmallows 
1 2/3 c water, boiling 1/4 c walnuts, chopped 
1 c fat-free cottage cheese  
Dissolve gelatin powder in boiling water. Stir in reserved pineapple syrup. Refrigerate until slightly thickened, 1 1/4 hours. Fold in pineapple, cottage cheese, whipped topping, marshmallows, and walnuts. Mix well. Pour into a 13"x 9" pan or 3-quart mold. Chill three hours, or until firm. Slice or unmold to serve.
