Cincinnati Chili

8 servings

1  lb  ground chicken breast skinless  1/4 tsp  allspice 
1/2 c  onions, chopped  1/8 tsp  cayenne pepper 
1  tbsp  cocoa powder  28  ozs  canned whole tomatoes, undrained 
2  tsps  chili powder  6  ozs  tomato paste 
3/4 tsp  salt  15  ozs  canned dark red kidney beans, drained 
1/4 tsp  cinnamon  16  ozs  angel hair spaghetti, cooked 
In a large saucepan, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Add cocoa powder, chili powder, salt, cinnamon, allspice, and cayenne pepper. Mix well. Stir in cut up tomatoes and tomato paste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. To serve chili, 1 way plain, 2 ways, top with beans, 3 ways, over hot pasta, 4 ways sprinkle with onions, and 5 ways with cheese.
