Chocolate Frosting

1/2 cup  margarine, melted  1/3 cup  fat-free milk 
2/3 cup  cocoa powder, sifted  1  tsp  pure vanilla extract 
3  cups  powdered sugar  
In a bowl, combine melted margarine, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Mixing to spreading consistency. Add additional milk, if desired for a thinner frosting. Spread frosting on top of your favorite cake.
Yields: 2 cups (32 one tablespoon servings).
