Chili Macaroni Chili Macaroni

Adapted from Better Homes & Gardens Pasta
8 servings

1 lb ground chicken breast skinless 2 tsps chili powder 
1/2 c onions, chopped 1 1/4 tsps salt 
4 ozs jalapeno peppers, diced and undrained 1 c wagon wheel pasta 
14 1/2 ozs Mexican style stewed tomatoes 1 c frozen green beans, thawed 
2 c canned tomato juice  
In a large saucepan, cook chicken, onions, and peppers until chicken is no longer pink. Add tomatoes, tomato juice, chili powder, and salt. Bring to a boil. Stir in pasta and beans. Return to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, or until pasta is done and green beans are tender.
