Chili-etti

6 servings

1/2 c onions, chopped  2 tsps chili powder 
8 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed  3/4 tsp salt 
6 ozs tomato paste  4 ozs angel hair spaghetti, broken in 2 
15 ozs canned dark red kidney beans, undrained  1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded 
2 c water  
In a large saucepan, cook onions until tender. Stir in turkey, tomato paste, beans, water, chili powder, and salt. Mix well and bring to a boil. Add spaghetti. Cover and simmer for 12 minutes, or until spaghetti is done. Stir in cheese.
