Chickenburger Stroganoff

1 lb ground chicken breast skinless 2 tbsps no-salt-added tomato paste 
8 ozs mushrooms, sliced 1/8 tsp black pepper 
1/2 c onions, chopped 1 c fat-free sour cream 
1 tsp garlic, minced 2 tsps parsley 
10 3/4 ozs low-fat cream of mushroom soup 4 c No Yolks egg noodle substitute, cooked 
In a 2-quart glass casserole dish, combine chicken, mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Microwave on high for ten minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in soup, tomato paste, black pepper, sour cream, and parsley. Mix well. Cover and cook for twelve minutes, stirring once during cooking time. Serve over cooked noodles.
