Chicken Sloppy Joes #2

3 1/2 ozs Success Boil-in-Bag Brown Rice, one bag 1/2 c bell peppers, chopped 
1 lb ground chicken breast skinless 26 1/2 ozs sloppy joe sauce 
1/2 c onions, chopped 8 whole wheat hamburger buns, toasted 
Prepare rice according to package directions; set aside. In a medium saucepan, combine chicken, onions, and bell peppers. Cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Add sloppy joe sauce and rice. Heat through. Serve over toasted buns.
