Chicken & Salsa Burritos Chicken & Salsa Burritos

Adapted from Incredibly Easy Weeknight Meals
9 servings

1  lb  ground chicken breast skinless  15  ozs  salsa 
2  tbsps  chili powder  4  ozs  cheddar cheese, shredded 
1/4 tsp  black pepper  9  whole  fat-free flour tortillas 
10  ozs  frozen spinach, drained well  
In a large skillet, cook chicken until no longer pink. Add chili powder and black pepper. Stir in spinach and salsa. Mix well and heat for 15 minutes, or until heated through. Add cheese. Spoon half cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Fold one edge of each tortilla over the filling; this keeps the filling from spilling out. Roll up the burritos.
