Chicken & Creamy Noodles

1  lb  ground chicken breast skinless  4  ozs  fat-free cream cheese, cut into cubes 
1  cup  celery, chopped  4  ozs  No Yolks egg noodle substitute, cooked and drained 
1/2 cup  onions, chopped  10  ozs  frozen corn, thawed 
1/2 cup  bell peppers, chopped  1/8 tsp  black pepper 
10 3/4 ozs  low-fat cream of mushroom soup  
In a large glass bowl, cook chicken, celery, onions, and bell peppers on high for six minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Add mushroom soup, cream cheese, cooked noodles, corn, and black pepper. Mix well. Microwave on high for five minutes, or until cream cheese has melted and mixture is heated through.
