Chewy Healthnut Raisin Bars

2  cups  All Bran cereal  1/2 cup  honey 
3/4 cup  raisins  1/4 cup  peanut butter 
1/4 cup  sunflower seeds  1  tsp  pure vanilla extract 
1  tbsp  margarine  1  tsp  cinnamon 
Prepare a 9"x9" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cereal, raisins, and sunflower seeds; set aside. In a large saucepan, combine margarine, honey, and peanut butter. Heat over medium heat, stirring until mixture is well blended and smooth. Remove from heat. Add vanilla extract, cinnamon, and cereal mixture. Mix well. Press mixture evenly into prepared pan. Cool completely. Chill several hours and then cut into bars.
