Cherry Angel Food Cake

Batter: 1/4 c light margarine, melted 
16 ozs angel food cake mix 2 c powdered sugar 
1 1/4 c cherry carbonated beverage 4 tbsps cherry carbonated beverage 
1/4 c honey 4 drops food coloring, red 
Glaze:  
Prepare cake mix according to package directions, except substitute 1 1/4 cups beverage and honey for the water. Bake as directed. Remove from oven and set upside-down until cooled. Meanwhile to prepare glaze, combine melted margarine, powdered sugar, remaining beverage, and red food coloring in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and drizzling consistency. Spread top of cake with glaze. Serve with fresh strawberries.
