Cheesy Hot Dog Casserole

1/2 lb  fat-free hot dogs, sliced  2  tbsps  margarine 
10 3/4 ozs  cheddar cheese soup  1 1/2 cups  mashed potato flakes 
10  ozs  frozen corn, thawed  1/2 cup  fat-free milk 
1/2 cup  onions, chopped  1  whole  egg, slightly beaten 
   Topping:  1/4 tsp  salt 
1  cup  water  2  ozs  cheddar cheese, shredded 
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 11"x7" casserole dish with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine hot dog slices, soup, corn, and onions. Mix well and spoon into prepared pan; set aside. In a medium saucepan, bring water and margarine to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in potato flakes and milk. Add egg and salt. Mix well. Spoon over top hot dog mixture in dish. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Bake for 40 minutes, or until heated through.
