Cheesecake Topped Brownies

Adapted from
14 servings

20  ozs  reduced fat brownie mix  1  tbsp  cornstarch 
1/2 cup  water  14  ozs  milk chocolate frosting 
1  whole  egg  1  whole  egg 
1  tbsp  olive oil  2  tsps  pure vanilla extract 
8  ozs  fat-free cream cheese  16  ozs  milk chocolate frosting 
2  tbsps  margarine, softened  
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13"x9" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, water, one egg, and oil. Mix until all is moistened; set aside. Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, margarine, and cornstarch in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth. Gradually, add sweetened condensed milk, remaining egg,and vanilla extract. Mix well. Pour over brownie batter in pan. Bake for 40 minutes, or until browned on top. Spread frosting over cooled brownies.
